Objective

The 3S4Leather project is focused on the development of Sustainable and Sensorized Solutions based on leather waste through Additive Manufacturing (AM). The project is built around two main objectives: the valorization of leather waste generated by the tanning industry and the development of new sustainable and sensorized solutions for the footwear industry, using leather waste and additive manufacturing technologies. In this context, new formulations adapted to two additive manufacturing technologies will be developed: Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS).
